Overnight Oats are a great, healthy meal that can be taken anywhere. We do all the work for you, all you need is a spoon and some milk! These will be ready to eat in about 6 hours but will also remain good in your fridge for several days, so you can stock up for the whole week.
PB & J- These will take you back to your childhood at warp speed! A more perfect balance of sweet & salty doesn't exist. Peanut butter, grape jelly, a touch of maple syrup, and oats make these a tasty and high protein option. These instantly became our kids favorite weekday breakfast.
