Our green chicken and rice comes together all in your slow cooker. The flavorful green sauce is powered by salsa verde, lime juice, cilantro, spices, and broth. You could also add onions, bell peppers, and/or carrots for a complete one dish meal. Top with avocado, jalapeño slices, fresh cilantro, and a drizzle of yogurt if you want to get fancy!
