How does Easy Freezy work?
Easy Freezy saves you time so you can choose where to spend it. We plan, shop, and prep delicious meals for you and your family. You can order online with options to pick your meals up or have them delivered on the specified date. Once you receive your meals, add the meat and toss them in the freezer to enjoy a variety of fantastic home cooked meals whenever you want - without the hassle!
How do I order?
Visit easyfreezyfreezermeals.com and select your city. Select whether you would like a Bundled order; or to create your own. We have bundles broken out into dietary needs; Regular (no allergy needs), Keto (gluten + sugar free) and PLUS (dairy/gluten and soy free). You then have the option to make alterations on full orders (if you’re not in love with all 10 meals, you can sub out 2 for free), add meals on for a reasonable extra charge, pay, and voila!
How do I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order on its respective pick up day at our store, located at 9309 N Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73120. The pick up days/times are listed on our main page; and are options available to you at check out.
OR you can select delivery for a small fee ($10), and we will deliver to your door.
I'm a busy person; can I have my order delivered?
Yes, we happily deliver! Rates vary based on distance and city.
What if I won’t be home during delivery?
You are welcome to leave a cooler out on your front porch if you won’t be home for delivery, but PLEASE note. Our responsibility is to deliver your meals to your home. Once they are dropped off, they are no longer our responsibility.
In the middle of our HOT summers? You need to provide ICE, and a layer above the ice to protect your paper bags from getting soaked.
What are the delivery rates and distances?
Delivery in the OKC metro is an additional $10 (within 0-24 miles). Use 9309 N. Pennsylvania Avenue as your reference point. We cannot deliver beyond 25 miles in OKC.
Delivery in the Tulsa metro is an additional $10 (within 0-19 miles). We cannot deliver beyond 20 miles in Tulsa. Use 9832 E 84th St. Tulsa, OK as your reference point.
Can the delivery driver change my order?
No, they cannot. Please remember, delivery drivers are not involved in the preparing packaging of your meals so they don’t know details about your order. They are given a route with addresses and notes, but they cannot confirm the accuracy of your order and cannot fix it if it isn’t perfect. If you have any issues, please reach out to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I tip the drivers that deliver meals?
While we truly appreciate the offer, our deliver drivers are paid a very fair and reasonable wage ($15/hr). We are happy to provide this service as a convenience with the added charge, and you are not expected to tip the drivers. They are welcome to receive tips, but please know no one expects them.
Will Easy Freezy work with my dietary restrictions?
Yes! We are aware that special diets can make shopping and cooking for your family harder than usual. We meticulously follow dietary guidelines with our PLUS Menu (dairy free, soy free, and gluten free), Keto Menu (following Ketogenic guidelines for gluten free and sugar free), Vegetarian Menu (vegan, gluten free, and dairy free), and our Whole 30 Menu (no additives, preservatives, etc). Where is the Easy Freezy Store?

Our store is located in Casady Square in The Village at the SW corner of Britton Rd and Pennsylvania Ave. There are also various pickup points in Tulsa (all menus), Stillwater, Sand Springs, Claremore, Tuttle, Bristow and more to hopefully come!
How are monthly menus structured?
The Regular, PLUS/Whole30 and Keto menus are offered every month. We also offer pop-up sales (Facebook group only), specialty menus in the summer and winter, and store hours with meals weekly!

Where do I find the shopping list/my grocery needs?
The menu graphic is posted on all of our social media accounts, and is the fasted one-stop shop for grabbing what you'll need to purchase from the store.
Where do I find the cooking instructions?
On or before before every pickup day, you will receive an email reminder for your order pickup that will contain the cooking instructions for your order (this email is sent from email@example.com - check your junk folder!). If you cannot find the email, the cooking instructions are also found on our blog + instruction EVERY month. They are also on the bag for you!
Are the cooking instructions for fresh or frozen meat?
A good majority of our meals are designed to be placed in the slow cooker from frozen. If you plan to cook your meal unfrozen, reduce the cooking time by 1½-2 hours. A few of the meals, including the shipping meals, do not need to be refrigerated and will indicate such on the instructions (you can keep these in your pantry until you are ready to use them).
Do I have to freeze the bags?
If you are cooking your meal within 3-4 days then no, you do not have to freeze the meals. However, we recommend freezing them as soon as possible if you are not planning to use them right away. Be sure to follow the “use by” or “freeze by” dates on any meat you purchase.

How are the meals made?
We plan and prepare your delicious meals to add flavor, variety, and simplicity to your evening routine. We handcraft the menu for variety and prepare the meals just before pick up days to deliver optimum freshness to our customers.
The meals are made in our health department inspected commercial store, and we take great care in avoiding cross-contamination by using only stainless steel utensils, and preparing gluten free meals on separate days.
How long will my meals last in the freezer?
The meals will last 6 months with meat and 9-12 months without meat in the freezer.
How do I know if my food is cooked?
Usually, cooking meat in a slow cooker for 6 hours will ensure it is cooked to a safe temperature. If you are in doubt for any reason, check the internal temperature of your meat with a meat thermometer.
Poultry - 165 degrees F
Beef, Veal and Lamb (steaks and roasts) - 145 degrees F
Fish and Shellfish - 145 degrees F
Pork - 160 degrees F
What is the serving size?
Our meals are made to serve 5-6 people but can be stretched to serve more if you add more meat than suggested and extra ingredients. Most people have leftovers of nearly all of the meals.
Do I have to make the meals in a slow cooker?
A good majority of our Easy Freezy meals are designed to be made in a slow cooker. On the instructions for each menu, there maybe be alternate cooking instructions such as on the stove, in the oven, or on the grill. Newer menus also come with Instant Pot instructions for your convenience. You can also use the slow cook option on the Instant Pot. Why should I join the Facebook group? What if I don't have a Facebook?
The Facebook group titled “Easy Freezy Freezer Meals” is designed as a platform to facilitate discussion between Easy Freezy customers and workers. It includes cooking tips, cooking instructions, reviews, and photos. Any pop up sales will also be posted exclusively in the Facebook group, so you should join! To join the Facebook group, simply paste this link in your web browser https://www.facebook.com/groups/414671102229246/ and then click the button that reads “Join Group.”
You do not have to be a part of the Facebook group to order Easy Freezy meals. If you do not have a Facebook, you can still order meals on our website under the “Order” tab!
Why is my name posted in the Facebook group about deliveries?
Before the delivery day, your delivery driver will post in the Facebook group with the order of their delivery route. This is for your benefit so you can estimate the time your meals will be delivered! They should post again with your name (and possibly tag you) to confirm the delivery of your meals. Again, these are intended as a courtesy - please don't get alarmed if you don't see your name! There may be other drivers who just haven't posted their routes yet.
What does Easy Freezy do for the community?
Easy Freezy was started with a community mindset and we strive to keep that up as our company continues to grow! We employ mothers from the community with times that work with their busy schedules. We love supporting teachers and educational institutions, whether monetarily or through product donations. Our customers often have a similar mindset and are known to give some of their meals to friends going through difficult times, who have recently had a baby, and might need some food help.
We believe in community, and we love Oklahoma City. We are always offering free bundles or gift cards for community fundraisers and auctions. We LOVE to give back!
How does the shipping menu work?
The shipping menu is a menu that does not rotate every month, as it is all of our delicious dry meals - meaning only dry ingredients - so we are able to ship them!
You must order a minimum of 5, but these meals will be shipped right to your house!
Is Easy Freezy Health Department certified?
